A small initial payment changes when you pay, not what the full programme conditions mean. Read the complete fee and the simulated funded rules together. Passing creates the next payment step; it does not itself create reward eligibility or mean the account's simulated size is available to you.

Separate today's amount from the total

The initial payment is $9.99. In the current $100,000 configuration without optional extras, the displayed total is $262.50: $9.99 initially and $252.51 after passing. This example is derived from the current programme fee data; the final order summary controls the selected purchase.

Do not compare the initial amount alone with another firm's full evaluation fee. Put today's amount, the amount due after passing and the complete total on separate lines. Optional upgrades may change the total and the remaining balance. Check the final summary after all selections and save it before payment.

The initial payment starts an evaluation

Pay After Pass currently has one evaluation phase with a 3% target, 5% daily loss and 8% static maximum loss. Its Phase 1 minimum trading-day requirement is none. The loss and conduct rules apply even though the initial fee is small.

Plan the evaluation from the rulebook, not from the desire to unlock the next payment. A single all-or-nothing attempt can fail the account quickly and tells you little about a repeatable trading process. Use the same records, sizing method and operational checks you would use on a fully prepaid evaluation.

Passing and failing create different payment outcomes

After a successful evaluation, the remaining programme amount becomes the after-pass payment step before simulated funded access. Check the invoice and account status rather than assuming payment has been collected automatically. Complete the required verification and agreements, and keep the receipt with the original order.

If the evaluation fails, you do not owe the remaining after-pass amount. That does not mean the initial fee is automatically returned, nor does it mean a replacement evaluation is free. Any reset or new purchase is a separate decision with its own stated price. Do not blend a possible reset charge into the amount that would have been due after passing.

Budget for the simulated funded conditions before passing

The simulated funded Pay After Pass stage uses 3% daily loss and 5% trailing maximum loss, with 4 qualifying days at 1%. Those conditions differ from the evaluation. Review them before choosing the programme, rather than only after the larger payment is due.

There is no consistency share cap in either stage. That removes a best-day or best-trade distribution test, but it does not remove the simulated funded day count or loss rules. Replay your own practice results against both stages and check holding times, costs, news events and room to each floor.

Keep a complete payment record

A useful ledger contains the order total, initial payment, optional items, remaining amount, after-pass receipt and any later service-fee refund. Mark amounts as paid, conditional or not owed. That prevents a low starting price from obscuring the full cash commitment if the evaluation succeeds.

Set a limit on evaluation spending independently of expected rewards. A reward depends on later performance and eligibility; it is not a reliable way to pay the after-pass invoice. If the full successful-path price is outside your budget, the smaller initial amount does not make the complete product suitable.

Key takeaways

  • Compare the complete total, not only the initial payment.
  • Failing means the after-pass balance is not owed; resets are separate.
  • Simulated funded limits and qualifying days can differ from the evaluation.
